Slackbot
Connect Slackbot to Floom so AI workers can use it when they run jobs for your company. Slackbot gives agents workspace-wide read access to a Slack workspace on behalf of the installing user — search messages and files, browse channel and thread history, and look up users and channels — while continuing to post and react as the bot. Includes direct messages and user email addresses so agents can search across DMs and resolve users by email.
What Floom workers can do with Slackbot
Workers use connected tools during scheduled runs, webhook runs, or manual runs. A Slackbot connection can become part of a worker that researches, drafts, updates records, routes work, or prepares an approval for a teammate.
Floom keeps the worker, run history, outputs, tool calls, and approvals on the record. Side-effecting work can pause for review before anything ships.
