Questions

Who pays for the model usage?
Self-hosted: you bring your own model and sandbox keys and pay those providers directly; Floom itself costs nothing. Cloud: during launch you can run workers without setting up provider billing.
Will Cloud stay free?
No. Paid plans are coming. Every workspace gets notified well before that happens, and pricing never changes without notice.
Is self-hosting really free?
Yes. The engine is MIT-licensed open source. There is no license fee, no seat limit, and no feature gate on the engine.
Where does my data live and what can workers touch?
Workers run sandboxed, every run is on the record, and outward-facing actions can require your approval. Read the security overview.
