Data we collect
- Google OAuth profile basics: email, name, avatar, and account id.
- Workspace data: workspace name, members, invites, and CLI sessions.
- Skill content: uploaded files, metadata, versions, and share tokens.
- Operational data: timestamps, request metadata, and internal telemetry.
How we use data
Floom uses this data to authenticate users, identify workspace members, store and sync skills, operate share links, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and improve the product.
Sharing
Floom does not sell personal data. Data is shared only with service providers needed to operate Floom, when required by law, or when a workspace member creates a share link for skill content.
Google sign-in
Google OAuth is used only for sign-in and account identity. Floom does not request Gmail access, Google Drive access, or permission to read unrelated Google account data.
Retention, export, and deletion
Workspace data is kept while the workspace uses Floom. To request an export or deletion of account or workspace data, contact Floom at privacy@floom.dev.
Entity
This policy applies to Floom, the operator of the Floom MVP skill library service.
